IBM Web Server Plug-ins for WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Liberty versions 8.5 and 9.0 contain a remote code execution flaw. An attacker can send a specially crafted request to execute arbitrary code on the affected system. The vulnerability is rated critical with a CVSS base score of 9.8 (CWE-94).
