This vulnerability affects the RDBMS component of Oracle Database Server. A low‑privileged attacker who has Execute DBMS_CLOUD privilege and network access via Oracle Net can take over the database. The flaw is highly exploitable and can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
