A critical flaw in Oracle WebCenter Portal lets attackers with network access create, delete, or modify data and gain unauthorized access to all portal data. The vulnerability is easy to exploit and works with low privileges. It affects versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0.
