PraisonAI’s get_all_user_threads function builds SQL queries with unescaped thread IDs, allowing attackers to inject SQL and gain full database access. The flaw exists in versions before 4.5.90 and has been fixed in that release. It can be exploited by inserting a malicious thread ID via update_thread.
